In business-to-business relations, the parties enjoy full contractual autonomy in regulating withdrawal and goods return conditions pursuant to Article 1322 of the Civil Code. These conditions exclusively govern returns carried out by professional customers of Sei Due Sei S.r.l.
Returns of customized goods are not accepted, under any circumstances, including any shipping errors, quantities, sizes, colors, or items attributable to Sei Due Sei S.r.l.
We recommend carefully checking the goods upon receipt.
Returns of end-of-line, out-of-catalogue or discontinued items are not accepted.
All returns must be previously authorized by Sei Due Sei S.r.l. The return authorization request must be sent by email to info@jamesross.it.
Goods returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Returns must be made within and no later than 30 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

Transport costs for returning goods are fully borne by the customer.
Once verified and accepted, the return will exclusively generate a credit note in favor of the customer.

In the event that the return is due to an error attributable to Sei Due Sei S.r.l. (e.g., shipment of incorrect items, incorrect quantities, sizes or colors not matching the order), the return will be carried out at no cost to the customer.
The customer must report the issue to Sei Due Sei S.r.l. and obtain prior return authorization, following the procedure indicated in the previous points. Once authorized, the return must be made within and no later than 30 days from the date of receipt of the order.
The exclusion of returns for customized goods, as stated in point 1, remains in any case valid.
In any case, the cases described in the following section "Useful information on JRC products" are not considered errors or non-conformities.
JRC products are made with selected fabrics and accessories to ensure quality, durability, comfort and production stability. However, a tolerance margin of ±3% on dimensions is expected.
Fabric weights (g/m²) may vary by a few percentage points between different production batches.
Zippers are tested to withstand normal use.

It is necessary to follow the washing, drying and ironing instructions shown on the label. Improper care may compromise durability and performance.
For garments intended for direct skin contact, it is strongly recommended to perform a first wash before use, in order to preserve their quality characteristics and reduce the impact of external factors such as sweat and sun exposure.
After the first washes, cotton garments may show dimensional variation of up to 5% and slight color fading.
To reduce these effects:
Prolonged exposure to sunlight may cause fading, intensified by intensive use and sweating.
Catalog and website colors are indicative and may differ from the actual appearance.
Different production batches may show slight color variations due to dyeing processes. Such differences do not constitute a defect.
